Royal Mail is still providing a good service with 1st class orders generally received in 3-5 working days, however orders can take up to 5 days to be received at the moment so please use Guaranteed services if your order is urgent.
Cakeshop is fully operational and we look forward to receiving your orders as usual :)
We dispatch all orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays) on the same working day, and all orders placed after 2pm are dispatched on the following working day but we will always try to dispatch orders after 2pm if we have time. Cakeshop ‘working days’ are Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

We send UK orders free of charge via 1st class post with Royal Mail. International orders are sent via International Airmail, and our rates are the same no matter how many cake toppers you order.

Will my cake toppers need to be signed for when they’re delivered?
No signature is required for standard shipping, only for UK Special delivery services. Our packaging fits through a standard letterbox: cupcake toppers are sent in A5 packaging and cake toppers are sent in A4 packaging. If for any reason your package can’t be delivered, it will be returned to the nearest depot and a slip will be left to let you know that it’s waiting for you to collect.
My order hasn’t arrived. What can I do?
Sometimes, especially during peak periods like Christmas, post can be delayed or go missing. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form.
