Shipping

We dispatch all orders placed before 2:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays) on the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm are dispatched the following working day.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail using their Tracked 24 service as standard, priced at £2.00. This service aims to deliver the next working day (Monday to Saturday), and a separate tracking email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

For urgent orders, we also offer Royal Mail’s Guaranteed by 1pm service for £8.50. This guarantees delivery by 1:00pm the next working day (Monday to Saturday) and includes full tracking.

Cakeshop working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Estimated delivery time (not including weekends or UK bank holidays) is as follows:

Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day by 1PM	Orders will be delivered the following day by 1pm. You will receive tracking information from Royal Mail via email.
UK Royal Mail Tracked 24	Orders sent using this service have a next day delivery aim (not guaranteed), you will receive tracking information from Royal Mail via email.
Europe	3-5 working days from dispatch via Royal Mails Standard International service (untracked)
US, Canada, Australia	5-7 working days from dispatch via Royal Mails Standard International service (untracked)
Rest of world	Please contact us with your delivery address for an accurate estimate

 

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve popped your edible cake toppers in the post.

We send UK orders via Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm or Royal Mail Tracked 24. International orders are sent via International Airmail, and our rates are the same no matter how many cake toppers you order.

Will my cake toppers need to be signed for when they’re delivered?

No signature is required for standard shipping. Our packaging fits through a standard letterbox: cupcake toppers are sent in A5 packaging and cake toppers are sent in A4 packaging. If for any reason your package can’t be delivered, it will be returned to the nearest depot and a slip will be left to let you know that it’s waiting for you to collect.

 

My order hasn’t arrived. What can I do?

Sometimes, especially during peak periods like Christmas, post can be delayed or go missing. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form.
